Performance Access

There are open captions for every performance, and an ASL interpreted show on June 6th. If the performance is sold out, feel free to contact Fuse Theatre as there are often additional seats available.

This play includes a lot of loud, sudden noises (including gunshots and popping balloons), blinking lights, intense adult content, and depictions of racism. It is ok to bring sunglasses and ear plugs to any performance.

A Sensory Relaxed performance will happen on Thursday June 5th with sound cues turned down, no blinking lights, and dimmed lights on the audience. That said, the band is still loud, there is some yelling, and balloons may still pop.

Venue Location and Parking

Assassins is showing at Reed College in the Performing Arts Building’s Black Box Theatre (Room 205). Parking is available just off SE 28th Ave (listed as “Reed College West Parking” on Google). A sign will indicate that parking is closed to the public, feel free to ignore this if you are coming for the show. There are seven accessible parking spots in this lot, and buttons to enter the building.

Assassins will be performed on the second floor in the Black Box theater — there are stairs and an elevator. Seating is wide with no arm rests, floor seating is available and can be removed for wheelchairs, more seats are available up stairs with a handrail. You may wish to bring additional pillows for comfort.
