Getting Started
Our partnership opportunities are tailored to the needs of our clients. We offer custom collaborative shapes and typically begin with office hours to build our collaborative relationship.
Office Hours
Let us pitch our cozy tent at the edge of your circus. Our office hours are typically the foundation of new client relationships. As you run day-to-day operations, we hold a regular hour-long virtual meeting space with you over several weeks to creatively strategize, problem-solve, learn, and grow from our access-centered practice. We support executives, managers, staff, and workers in both one-on-one and team settings. Recordings, transcripts, and supplementary materials provided after each meeting.
Min. 8 session package. Estimated $4,000, prices vary.
Guided Tours
Once we have gotten to know you in office hours, let us lead you on a tour through your own space with a fresh take. Ā Together we will guide you through existing physical spaces, digital spaces, architectural plans, early-stage designs, project budget and timelines, and/or visionary concepts to help you further imagine what is possible. This tour can be recorded, and you will receive a write-up of our recommendations.
Additional service to Office Hours. estimated $3,000, prices vary.
The Debrief
Let us facilitate a debrief with your team at the end of a meeting, event, product launch, project, or campaign. Together we can discuss all the goodness, and plan for how to make things better next time.Ā Our broad client base includes museums, theaters, festivals, foundations, activist groups, and design firms and we have learned how taking the time to reflect at the end of any occasion improves outcomes.
We will facilitate at least one 30 to 60-minute intake meeting with one or two members of your team plus a 90-minute debrief with up to five individuals. These sessions are usually recorded and shared with other team members, if requested. Costs range from $1,000 to $3,000, can be negotiated.
